Don't Touch It Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 22, 2026

Don't Touch It is developed by Jack French. This policy explains what information the app handles. The short version: nothing leaves your phone.

What we collect: nothing

Don't Touch It has no accounts, no sign-in, and no servers. It makes no network connections at all, so there is nothing for us to receive. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, photos, or any advertising identifier.

Data stored on your device

Your attempts, cleared challenges, and best streak are saved on your device so the game remembers your progress between sessions. The app also keeps a small local log of in-game events, plus any crash reports iOS shares with it, purely so problems can be diagnosed on the device itself. None of it is transmitted anywhere, and all of it is deleted when you delete the app.

Motion sensors

Two challenges ask you to hold the phone still or keep it level. Those read your device's motion sensors while the challenge is on screen and use the readings only to decide whether you passed. The readings are never stored or transmitted.

Advertising and analytics

There are none. The app contains no advertising SDK, no third-party analytics, and no tracking of any kind.

Purchases

Don't Touch It is free and has no in-app purchases.

Children

Don't Touch It is a general-audience game rated 4+. Because it collects no data and shows no ads, it is safe for children to play.

Changes

If a future update changes what data the app handles, for example optional online features or leaderboards, this policy and the App Store privacy label will both be updated before that version ships.
